8.2.3 Disassembly
Dismounting the bus-Carrier from the DIN rail
The diagnostics communication module (DCM) is mounted on the mounting
position of the bus-Carrier to the right of the fieldbus power supplies.

• Start by plugging the ribbon
cable into the bus-Carrier.
Use the upper groove to hook
the module into the DIN rail
profile at the mounting position.
Swivel the module down until
the base bolt engages.
Carefully plug the ribbon
cable into the DCM.

• Using a suitable screwdriver,
disengage the base bolts (1)
and lift the bus-Carrier off the
DIN rail (2).
