For best results this safe should be installed in an isolated, dry and secure area.
For security the safe must be fastened to a solid surface.
SELECTING A LOCATION
SECURING THE SAFE
Secure the safe to a permanent shelf using the holes and hardware provided.
Mark the holes to be used. Drill the appropriate diameter and depth of pilot
holes depending on the type of hardware being used and the type of
mounting surface.
NOTE: The safe needs to be upright and right side up or the locking
mechanism will not function properly.
Secure the safe with the fasteners.
CLEARING THE MEMORY OF ALL
RECORDED FINGERPRINTS
NOTE: After you delete all the recorded fingerprints, your safe will open by
pressing the START button (2). For security you must record your
fingerprint so the safe will read only the recorded fingerprints.
When you replace the batteries the recorded fingerprints will not be erased.
Press and hold the Reset Button (6) and then press the START button (2).
When there are 2 “beeps” and the red light flashes, all the fingerprints have been
deleted.
