Note:
When both charging slots are occupied, the battery pack inside the radio (front slot) will
be charged first (the charging LED of the rear slot is blinking). Afterwards the battery pack in the
rear slot will be charged (the red charging LED is then permanently illuminated).
Inserting/removing the battery pack
Insert the battery pack at the rear side into the radio set. Make sure that the battery pack is locked in.
For removing the battery pack, release the locking of the battery pack.
Mounting the belt clip
Remove the cross-head screw on the back of the housing.
Align the bracket with the back of the radio set until it locks in. Screw the bracket on the radio set.
Place the clip horizontally on the bracket, push the lock button and tighten up the clip.
Speaker/microphone jack
For connecting an external speaker/microphone set (optional), open the cover of the spea-
ker/microphone jack.
Insert the plug of the external speaker/microphone set into the jack.
Note:
When not in use, protect the jacks by mounting the cover again.
