WHAT CAN HAPPEN
Wet brakes may have reduced stopping ability,
increasing the chance of an accident.
HOW TO AVOID THE HAZARD
Test the brakes after washing. Apply the brakes
several times at slow speeds to let friction dry out
the linings.
B. STORAGE
Long term storage (60 days or more) of your vehicle
will require some preventive procedures to guard
against deterioration. After thoroughly cleaning the
vehicle, prepare for storage as follows:
1. Fill the fuel tank with fresh fuel and add the
specified amount of Fuel Stabilizer and
Conditioner. Operate the vehicle for at least 5
minutes to distribute treated fuel through the fuel
system.
2. Drain the fuel from the carburetor float chamber
into a clean container by loosening the drain bolt;
this will help prevent fuel deposits from building up.
Pour the drained fuel into the fuel tank.
Specified amount:
1 oz of stabilizer to each gallon of fuel
(or7.5 cc of stabilizer to each liter of fuel)
NOTE:
Use of fuel stabilizer and conditioner eliminates
the need to drain the fuel system. Consult our
company or dealer if the fuel system needs to
be drained instead.
3. Remove the spark plug, pour about one
