6.1 Protection Functions Available

Description
1
Current limiting protection
When the charging current of the configured PV array exceeds the PV rated
current, charging will be at the rated current.

Protection against reverse
charging in the nighttime
In the nighttime, since the voltage of battery is greater than that of the PV
module, the battery is prevented from discharging through the PV module.

Input over-voltage
protection
When the mains voltage exceeds 280V, charging under grid electricity will stop
and turn to inverter output.

Under-voltage protection of
Mains Power input
When the mains voltage is lower than 170V, charging under grid electricity will
stop and turn to inverter output.

Battery over-voltage
protection
When the battery voltage reaches the over-voltage breaking point, it will
automatically stop PV and mains charging to prevent the battery from being
damaged due to overcharging.

Battery low-voltage
protection
When the battery voltage reaches the low-voltage breaking point, it will
automatically stop discharging to prevent the battery from being damaged
due to excessive discharge.

Load output short-circuiting
protection
When a short-circuiting fault occurred at the load output terminal, the output
AC voltage will be turned off immediately and output again after 1 min. If the
output load terminal is still in a short circuit state after trying for 3 times, the
short circuit fault of the load must be eliminated first, and then the power-on
can be resumed manually.

Over-temperature
protection of radiator
When the internal temperature of the inverter is too high, the inverter will stop
charging and discharging; when the temperature returns to normal, the
inverter will resume charging and discharging.

Overload protection
Output again 3 min after overload protection, shut down the output
continuously for 5 times till the machine is powered on again. Refer to the
technical parameter list attached to this Manual for specific overload level and
duration.

AC back-feed protection
Prevent battery inverter AC from back-feed to bypass AC input.

Bypass over-current
protection
Built-in AC input overcurrent protection circuit breaker.
