Mounting Instructions
Step 1:
Orient and Slip-in the Top Plate (3), as
shown.
Step 2:
Orient and Align the Middle Plate (2), and Top
Plate (3), to the 4 Mounting holes.
Step 3:
Orient and Align the Middle Plate (2), and Top
Plate (3), and Low Plate (1) to the 4 Mounting
holes.
