Install Swing Hanger:
After the cement has dried you can install
the Swing Hanger. Thread the 1’ 4/0 Chain through the loop of the
unsecured end of the Rope. Use the Clevis Key (8) to remove the bolt of
the D Shackle. Thread the ends of the 1’ 4/0 Chain to the D Shackle.
Attach the D Shackle to the eye of the Swing Hanger. Note: This is
maybe a tight fit. A hammer may be needed to tap together. Reattach the
bolt of the D shackle. Assemble the Swing Hanger to the Sliding Pole.
The Swing Hanger edge should be 2” from the edge of the Sliding Pole.

Once the concrete has set
, back fill dirt over the footing holes;
inspect the area and components for tools, hazardous debris and sharp
edges. Verify all components are installed and all hardware is tight and
then install the safety surfacing.

Inspect the components:
for sharp edges and if necessary file them
down and apply touch up paint.

Insert 2-3/8” Pipe Plug
into the exposed end of the Sliding Pole.

Attach Labels
: Attach Warning Label and Manufacturer’s
Identification Label to a clean surface. The labels should be attached in a
location clearly visible and away from normal hand and foot placement
areas. The labels must be replaced if they become illegible, destroyed, or
removed. Contact your distributor for replacements.
