Attaching Plastic Caps to Base Rail Pipe:
To do this you
will need four of the red plastic caps (13) and four of the black
plastic caps (12). You will need to first slide the black plastic cap
onto the base pipe (4). After you have done that then slide the red
plastic cap over the black plastic cap. You will need to do this to all
four ends of the base rail. See (Detail C).

Attach Frame to Base Rails:
You will need two base rail
pipe (4), four pair of 1 7/8” T-Clamp (5), eight 5/16” x 2” button
head bolts, eight 5/16” lock washer (14), and eight 5/16” x 1”
button head nut (11). Attach frame assembly to base rails with T-
clamps. Use hole on the leg pipe to attach the top part of the T-
clamp to. You will have to drill the hole in the base rail pipe once
you stand it upright and get the entire unit plumbed and on leveled
ground. See (Detail D).

Attaching Wheelchair to Swing Hangers:
You will need
two swing hangers (4), two D Shackles (5). Assemble the D-
shackles and chain to the swing hangers. Attach the swing hangers
to the top rail following spacing on page 4. See (Detail E).
