Button Functions:
1. QUICK START: Press Quick Start to bypass program selection and user's age,
weight inputs. Time will count up directly.
2. TIME: Press this button to establish a workout goal based on time.
3. DISTANCE: Press this button to establish a workout goal based on distance.
4. CALORIES: Press this button to establish a workout goal based on calorie
expenditure.
5. ENTER: Press this button to confirm your choice after entering one parameter.
6. NUMERIC KEYPAD (0 ~9): The numeric keypad can replace the function of <
/
> buttons. Simply enter numbers (0 to 9) on the numeric keypad rather than
pressing <
/
> buttons.
7. DECIMAL POINT KEYPAD ( . ) : Use this key to enter the decimal point of a setup
value.

: Press these buttons to adjust function up or down. Hold either button
up/down to increase / decrease adjustments rapidly.
9. CLEAR: Press this button to clear input data.
10. WORKOUT LEVEL

: Press these buttons to increase or to decrease the
level of resistance.
11. STRIDE LENGTH

: Press these buttons to increase or to decrease the
stride length.
12. STOP/HOLD TO RESET:
a. Press STOP button during workout to go back to an initial setting stage.
b. Hold STOP button for 2 seconds during workout to go back to the banner
display.
13. FAN: Press this button to select one of three different speeds for the proper
amount of airflow.
14. DISPLAY LOCK/UNLOCK:
a. Press this button to view different feedback modes. SCAN / FEEDBACK

b. When it is in a SCAN mode, press LOCK to continuously view the current
feedback information.
c. When the feedback mode is locked, press UNLOCK button to unlock it and
view other feedback information.
