Additional Weight Stack Installation Instruction
(a) First, remove the front and back covers from the main frame.
(b) Remove the screws that secure the guide rods to the top of the main
frame, and then set the guide rod downward into place. Tilt the guide rod
backward, and then lift the upper stack plate off the guide rods as shown.
Carefully set the upper stack plate aside
