13. FAN: press this button to adjust the FAN to one of three different speeds.
14. SOURCE: press SOURCE to switch to different screens (WORKOUT/Cable
TV/AV).
15. FULL/ SPLIT:
(1) When a Cable TV program is showing, press this button to choose between
seeing a full or a divided screen with embedded workout information.
(2) Workout feedback alternates between CAL/HR, METS, WATTS, RPM and
CALORIES, DISTANCE, TIME, SPEED every six seconds. Press this button
"FULL/SPLIT" to lock onto one row of data; press this button again to resume
scanning.
(3) Simultaneously press VOL+ and FULL/SPLIT buttons to adjust screen
brightness. When the letter "B" appears at the top of the screen, press VOL+
or VOL- to change the screen brightness.
(4) Simultaneously press VOL- and FULL/SPLIT buttons to adjust the screen
contrast.
When the letter "C" appears, press VOL+ or VOL- to adjust the screen contrast.
(5) When a video program via AV cables connection is showing, press
FULL/SPLIT to see user workout information showing at the upper most part
of the screen.
16. VOL+, VOL-: press to adjust the headset volume.
17. CH+, CH-: press to choose TV channels.
