M) PROGRAMMED TIME.  After inserting the safety key and the displays are lit, depress the MODE button 

once.  The time display in the center window will flash. Press the increase symbol (+) to increase the time in 1 

minute intervals. You may press the decrease symbol (-) if you wish to decrease the time before you start the 

workout.  When the length of time you want to workout is displayed, press the MODE button twice to confirm 

this time and move to Speed setting MODE.  At this point you may press the increase symbol (+) to start the 

speed adjustment.  Operation will be as stated in Instruction #E and subsequent instructions EXCEPT that 

the time will count down upon starting the treadmill and the treadmill will automatically stop when the timer 

reads 00:00.  A tone will sound 5 beeps alerting you that the belt is about to stop. The belt gradually stops 

after the 5th beep. You may stop the treadmill at any time as stated in Instruction #K.

N) PROGRAMMED DISTANCE.  After inserting the safety key and the displays are lit, depress the MODE 

button twice. The right-hand window LED’s will flash. Press the increase symbol (+) to increase the distance 

in 0.5 increments. It will start at 0.5 miles. Holding the increase symbol will speed the change. You may press 

the decrease symbol (-) before starting to adjust downward the distance you desire. When the distance you 

desire is displayed, press the MODE button to confirm the distance. Operation will be as stated in Instruction 

#E and subsequent instructions EXCEPT that the distance will count down upon starting the treadmill and 

the treadmill will automatically stop when the distance reads 00.0.  A tone will sound 5 beeps alerting you that 

the belt is about to stop. The belt stops after the 5th beep. You may stop the treadmill at any time as stated 

in Instruction #K.

O) PROGRAMMED BOTH TIME AND DISTANCE. Follow the steps outlined in Instruction #K EXCEPT to press 

the MODE button once to set the Distance MODE. Then follow Instruction #N completely.  At this point, 

both Time and Distance will be programmed. The treadmill workout will end automatically when EITHER 

the Time OR Distance reaches 00:00 or 00.0. Operation will be as stated in Instruction #E and subsequent 

instructions EXCEPT that the time and distance will count down upon starting the treadmill and the treadmill 

will automatically stop when the timer reads 00:00 or the distance reads 00.0, whichever value is reached 

first.  A tone will sound 5 beeps alerting you that the belt is about to stop. The belt gradually stops after the 

5th beep. You may stop the treadmill at any time as stated in Instruction #K.

P)  If you insert the safety key but do not press any buttons, the displays will turn off and all power to the motor 

will be off after 30 minutes.  If you press some keys but do not start a workout, after 30 minutes you will need 

to remove and reinsert the key as you start over with Instruction #D.

Q) To re-set the console values, press and hold the STOP button for 5 seconds. All LED values will return to 

zero.

R) STORAGE POSITION.  The treadmill may be folded to reduce the floor space the treadmill occupies when it 

is not in use.  With the treadmill off AND unplugged, you may lift the deck by the rear portion until it reaches 

the console. You must be able to lift and support at least 75 lbs. to perform this operation.  Align the sliding 

bolt on the underside of the treadmill with the plastic receiver hole in the right side hand rail.  Slide the Locking 

Bolt into the Lock Receiver hole and press the handle down to firmly lock the treadmill in the upright position.  

Carefully and slowly remove your hand from the deck and assure that the lock is engaged. The deck should 

not move when the lock is engaged.  Supporting the weight of the deck as before, carefully lower the deck to 

the floor.  DO NOT DROP THE DECK.  Once it is in the use position, start again with Instruction #A.

MAINTENANCE INSTRUCTIONS

1.  LUBRICATION:  Your deck and walking belt come from the factory ready to use. There is no need to apply 

any lubricant in order to start to use your new treadmill.  We recommend that a small amount of the lubricant 

provided on your parts tray be applied after 200 hours of use. For example, after using your treadmill for 5 

days a week at 45 minutes per day, your treadmill will need to be lubricated in about one year.

2. In order to apply the lubricant your must follow these steps:

A. Unplug the treadmill from the electrical outlet.
B. Loosen the belt tension a small amount by turning the roller adjustment screws at the end of the treadmill 

counter clockwise (to the left).  Use the hex key that was provided with your treadmill.  You may need 

to  turn  both  these  screws  at  least  2  full  turns  or  more  to  provide  the  slack  you  need  to  perform  the 

lubrication.
