Power on & off
Power on: press any key to start up.
Power off: Hold [NEXT] button for 2 seconds.

To switch counting mode, hold [NEXT] and press [CHANGE] button.

In counting down mode figure, press [CHANGE] button, and when you see press [NEXT] button, then press [CHANGE]
button to choose 1 or 2 intervals.
