1. IMPORTANT
SAFETY INFORMATION
1. Be aware of your body’s signals. Incorrect or excessive exercise
can damage your health. If you do experience any of these
conditions you should consult your doctor before continuing
with your exercise program.
2. Keep children and pets away from the equipment. The
equipment is designed for adult use only.
3. Use the equipment on a solid, flat level surface with a
protective cover for our floor or carpet. For safety, the
equipment should have at least 0.5 meter of free space all
around it.
4. Before using the equipment, check the nuts and bolts are
securely tightened. Some parts like pedals, etc. It’s easy to be
ware away.
5. Always use the equipment as indicated. If you find any
defective components whilst assembling or checking the
equipment, or if you hear any unusual noise coming from the
equipment during use, stop. Do not use the equipment until
the problem has been rectified.
6. Wear suitable clothing whilst using the equipment. Avoid
wearing loose clothing which may get caught in the
equipment or that may restrict or prevent movement.
7. The equipment has been tested and certified to EN957 under
class H.C. Suitable for domestic, home use only. Maximum
user weight 100 kg.
8. The equipment is not suitable for therapeutic use.
2. ASSEMBLING INSTRUCTIONS
A. Please make sure there has enough space around the machine
before assembly
B. Please use the provided tools or right tools by yourself.
C. Check the parts and the hardware first.
STEP 1 (see fig A):
Locking Front Stabilizer(38) to Main Frame(4) by using
Bolt(26),Curved cushion(5) and Nut(6).Then lock Rear Stabilizer
to Main Frame by using Hex tap bolt(3).
STEP 2 (see fig B):
Pass the wire of Tension Control through Center Post(48);Then
lock it to Center Post by using Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolt(52)
and Cushion(53).
STEP 3 (see fig C):
Connect Needle Sensor and Middle Monitor Wire(55),then
connect Tension Control and Tension Control Wire then lock
Center Post(48) to Main Frame(4) by using Hexagon Socket Head
Bolt(50) and Curve Cushion(51).
STEP 4 (see fig D):
Pass Hand Pulse(44) through Center Post(48) and get out
through Monitor Board Hole,then lock Handle Bar(45) to Center
Post(48) by using Hexagon Socket Head Bolt(50),Curve
Cushion(51).
STEP 5 (see fig E):
Connect Hand Pulse(44),Middle Monitor wire(55) and
Monitor(47),then lock the monitor(47) on Center Post by using
Cross Recessed Pan Head Bolt.
STEP 6 (see fig F):
Locking Saddle (56) to Saddle Tube(57) by using Cushion(58)and
Nylon Nut(59),then insert Saddle Tube(57) to Main Frame(4).
STEP 7 (see fig G):
Locking Pedal(L) and Pedal (R) to Union Crank(25).Attn:Right
Pedal should be locked in Clockwise,Left Pedal should be locked
in anti-clockwise.And also make sure left/right Pedals are locked
before doing exercise.
3. PRODUCT MAINTENANCE
• When you don’t use the exercise bike for a long time, please
take out the console battery to avoid running out of battery.
• Often clean the exercise bike with clean cloth to keep the clean
appearance..
• Regularly check that the elements fastened with nuts and bolts
are correctly tightened.
• Remember regularly to grease moving parts.
• Storing the equipment in a clean and dry environment away
from children.
