progettazione, costruzione e per l’utilizzo è conforme alle disposizioni delle direttive CE in materia di sicurezza e
salute.
Verklaar, onder mijn eigen totale verantwoordelijkheid dat de machine, hieronder vernoemd, op basis van het ontwerp, de constructie en
het gebruik, conform is aan de bepalingen van de EG richtlijn met betrekking tot de veiligheid en de gezondheid.

generali e specifici richiesti dal regolamento (CE) 852/2004 allegato 2, capitolo V, paragrafo 1b.

conform aan de algemene vereistes en bepalingen die door de regelgeving (CE) 852/2004 bijlage 4, hoofdstuk V, paragraaf 1b worden
gevraagd.
La presente dichiarazione perde la sua validità se l’apparecchio viene modificato senza la nostra espressa
autorizzazione.
Deze verklaring veliest zijn geldigheid als het apparaat wordt veranderd zonder onze uitdrukkelijke goedkeuring.
