Une fois les 4 vis enlevées, retirer le carter (Fig. 9).

Positionner le guide de toupillage sur la table (Fig.

Aligner les rainures du guide de toupillage (Fig. 11) à

celle de la table.
Pour cela, insérer les 2 vis à tête ronde par l’intérieur
•
de la table dans les rainures prévues à cet effet. Puis
mettre les rondelles en place et visser fermement à
l’aide des vis de serrage. Fig. 12.
Remonter le carter en effectuant le cheminement
•
inverse.
Montage du guide “anti-retour”
• Localiser à l’avant centre de la machine les 2 trous
(Fig. 13).
• Ensuite aligner le support de l’antiretour face aux 2
trous (Fig. 14).
• Insérer les 2 vis et leurs rondelles dans les trous, puis
fixer fermement le support à l’aide d’un tournevis cru-
ciforme.
• Une fois fixé, installer l’antiretour de sorte à le faire
coulisser et l’ajuster à l’épaisseur de la pièce à tra-
vailler.
• Ensuite fixezle à l’aide des 2 vis papillon (Fig. 15).
Réglage de la profondeur du travail
Pour ajuster ou diminuer la hauteur de la course de l’ar-
bre (sert à ajuster la hauteur des fraises), tournez la poi-
gnée (cf. schéma) selon que vous souhaitez diminuer ou

• Align the grooves in the moulding fence (Fig. 11) with
the groove in the table.
• To this purpose, insert the two roundheaded bolts
from inside the table into the grooves provided. Then
put the washers in place and tighten with the clamping

• Remount the motor cover in reverse sequence.
Fitting the return kick safety fence
• Locate the two holes at the centre of the machine front
(Fig. 13).
• Then align the antireversing safety fence with the two
holes (Fig. 14).
• Insert the two bolts and their washers into the holes,
then tighten them firmly with a four-way socket
wrench.
• After that, install the fence in such a way that it can
slide and be adjusted to the thickness of the work
piece.
• After setting, fix it with the help of the two bolts (Fig.
5).
Fitting the working depth
For setting or reducing the spindle height (serves for
height-adjustment of the cutting knives), turn the handle
(see figure) in order to reduce or increase the height, as
