Insert the XRV disk in the CD Drive, double click on My Computer icon and the CD drive
icon, and double-click on the XRV setup. Follow the instructions on displayed screen.

8.
MAINTENANCE, RECOGNIZING FAULTS AND
FILAMENT ADJUSTMENTS
8.1. Maintenance
Very little maintenance is required, since there are no serviceable parts inside. Keep fan
filter clean and all vents free from obstruction or dirt build up. There are two Warnings that
must be checked periodically. The first is Temp Approach Warning indicates that ambient
temperature is above 45°C and a latch Over Temp Fault will occur if above 50°C.
High Voltage Plug Connections
The high voltage plug connection of the HVPS should be cleaned, greased and the surface
pressure be readjusted in interval of approx. 3 months. (see section *** HV Cable installation
instructions)
