If pin needs replacement and/or calibration. Replace lock pin and nuts. End of pin should be

positioned so that in the unlock position, the pin clears the pedal (shown below). Tighten jam-nuts

to secure pin position. (Requires: 18mm Crescent Wrench)

Place Product on its side with desired caster off the ground.

Remove Caster from product. Use wrench on part A below. (Requires: 21mm Thin Wrench) (Note:

Caster threads are glued in, will require some effort to remove the first time)

Replace caster with provided replacement part. (Requires: 21mm Thin Wrench)
