SHOCK SENSOR OPERATION AND ADJUSTMENT
The alarm includes an electronic sensing device to detect a sudden impact or
shock which is transmitted through the bodywork of the vehicle.
The sensitivity adjuster is located on the front of the alarm system.
Remove the adjuster blanking plug and CAREFULLY, using a small electrical
screwdriver turn the adjuster to minimum sensitivity ( anti-clockwise).
The alarm will now arm and disarm via the remote control as described in the
operating instructions.
Arm the alarm and wait for the 30 second arming period to finish.
Progressively increase the sensitivity(clockwise) until the shock sensor detects
a sharp blow to the front windscreen using the flat of your hand which triggers
the alarm.
Refit the adjuster blanking plug.
Do not set the shock sensor at a higher than necessary setting,
otherwise false triggering may be experienced.
ARMED INDICATOR LED
Please note this is an optional fitment, providing an additional visible
deterrent to car thieves. The alarm will still function correctly if you choose not
to install the LED. To install follow the instructions below.
