The next setting provides heating from the Top heating elem ent only.
The heat output is pre-set at 220 degrees centigrade and is not
therm ostatically controlled.
The final setting controls the G rill. The grill pow er output is pre-set at
220 degrees centigrade and is not therm ostatically controlled.
A red indicator light w ill be displayed during the above operations.
We recommend that you grill with the oven door closed
. H ow ever, if you
do grill w ith the door open you should first fix the H eat D eflector plate in
position as show n below . The H eat D eflector w ill ensure that heat rising from
the grill does not cause the control knobs to overheat.
The tw o tabs at each end of the H eat D eflector should be inserted into the
tw o slots positioned just underneath the appliance control panel.
3.3. Operating The Main Oven
The far left control knob controls the m ain oven. The control is clearly m arked
M ain Oven. Turn the control knob clockwise to operate.
To operate the oven, set the control knob to the required therm ostat
setting. The m axim um heat output of the oven is 260 degrees
centigrade.
A red indicator light will be displayed whilst the oven is being operated.
