For t his m et hod, use t he screw holes in t he lateral sides of t he unit . Fix t he unit wit h the help of t he fact ory
radio m ount ing bracket s.
1. Select a posit ion in which t he screw holes of t he bracket s ( 3) are aligned wit h
t he screw holes in t he unit body, and screw in t w o screws ( 2) in each side.
2. Screw.
3. Fact ory radio m ount ing bracket s.
4. Vehicle dashboard.
5. Lock ( rem ove t his part ) .

The out er t rim fram e and m ount ing sleeve are not used for m et hod of
inst allat ion.
I nst a lling t he fron t pa n e l
I nsert the right side of t he panel into t he grooves in t he right part of t he body. Then press on t he left part of
t he panel unt il a click. Ensure t he panel is fixed properly, ot herwise error sym bols m ay be displayed or som e
but t ons will not funct ion.
To detach t he front panel, press OPEN but ton. The left side of t he panel will be released from t he fixing
m echanism . Then carefully det ach t he left part of t he panel off t he body grooves.
Ant i- t he ft syst e m
The front panel of t his unit can be st ored in the included prot ect ive case when not in used and carried away
when you leave t he vehicle t o det er t heft.
Sw it ch off t he power of t he unit. Det ach t he front panel, t hen put it t o t he protect ive case and take it w it h
you.
Ca u t ions:
The cont rol panel can easily be dam aged by shocks. After rem oving it , place it in a protect ive case
and be careful not t o drop it or subject it t o st rong shocks.
The rear connect or t hat connect s t he m ain unit and t he cont rol panel is an ext rem ely im portant part . Be
careful not t o dam age it by pressing on it wit h finger nails, pens, screwdrivers, et c.
N ot e :
I f t he cont rol panel is dirt y, wipe off t he dirt wit h soft , dry clot h only. And use a cot ton swab soaked in
isopropyl alcohol t o clean t he socket on t he back of t he cont rol panel.
