Remove the plug from the lens cable.
Place the heat shrinkable tube over the
lens cable.

Solder the shielded wire onto the inside
of the shell as illustrated.

Solder the cable wires to the pins of the
plug. (To identify the cable wires, refer
to the manual for your lens.)

After soldering, slide the heat
shrinkable tube up against the terminal
block. Secure the wires by heating the
heat shrinkable tube with a soldering
iron or dryer.

Place the terminal block to one half of
the shell, then fit the other half of the
shell.
