Checking
(1) Connect the audio analyzer to the AF OUT (power
supply/AF OUTPUT connector) of the D-sub 15 pin
connector via MIC amp.
(2) Connect the signal generator to the ANT IN A connector.
(3) Read the output level of the AF OUT (Audio analyzer
indication level). This level is specified to be 0 dB.
(4) Turn OFF the MODULATION (modulation frequency)
of the signal generator. (No modulation)
(5) Check that the output level of the AF OUT is

less (S/N is 61 dB or more with A-weighted filter) as
compared with the level of procedure (3) above.
(6) Change the RF OUTPUT (output level) of the signal
generator as shown below.
