Troubleshooting
Videos and photos transferred from a computer are not
displayed in a list.
You transferred videos and photos to your “WALKMAN” from a computer in a format not
supported by your “WALKMAN.”
Videos and photos in unsupported formats will not be recognized by your “WALKMAN”
and will not appear in a list.
You renamed a video file that was transferred from a computer to your “WALKMAN,” or
you moved it to another folder.
If you rename a video file or move it to another folder, it may not be recognized by your
“WALKMAN” and may not appear in a video list.
Data transferred by drag-and-drop is not in the appropriate data hierarchy level.
Place the data in the appropriate folders and data hierarchy levels.
Your “WALKMAN” was formatted using the Windows Explorer.
Format the memory on your “WALKMAN.”
The USB cable was disconnected from your “WALKMAN” while data was being
transferred.
Transfer usable files back to your computer, and format the memory on your
