NWZ-Z1040/Z1050/Z1060

Troubleshooting

Supplied Software

A Bluetooth connection cannot be established.

The Bluetooth device to connect with is not turned on.

Turn on the Bluetooth device, and make sure the Bluetooth function is activated.

Registering (pairing) the Bluetooth device failed or was not completed.

Your “WALKMAN” cannot connect with devices that are not registered (paired).

[Details]

Your “WALKMAN” or the Bluetooth device to connect with was is in sleep mode.

Exit from sleep mode.

The remaining battery power is low or depleted.

Charge the battery by means such as connecting your “WALKMAN” to a running

computer.

[Details]

The registration (pairing) information on your “WALKMAN” or the Bluetooth device to

connect with has been deleted as a result of initializing settings, formatting memory, etc.

[Details]

The Bluetooth audio device profile does not support A2DP.

Make sure the Bluetooth audio device profile supports A2DP.
