[Description]
Since the procurement of the lens unit which is the component of the optics unit ASSY (Part No.
A-1879-997-A) used for the VPL-GH10 becomes impossible, the optics unit ASSY cannot be
produced.
The action for future servicing would be announced below.

The optics unit ASSY would be refurbished.
Do not discard the defective optics unit since the lens unit is recycled and the other parts of the ASSY
are replaced to the new one.
When requesting the refurbishment, access to the URL below and use the scheme of the FRB (Field
Replacement Block) system. The information such as LT is described.

Send the defective optics unit to Kosai site of Sony Global Manufacturing & Operations Corporation
(SGMO). Since the Lens unit is recycled, protect the lens unit (especially cables) when sending it to
Kosai site.
The optics unit ASSY would be returned after the unit lens is refurbished at the Kosai site
