Troubleshooting
Network Media Receiver
The required server is not displayed in the
Select a server
screen
To refresh the
Select a server
list, proceed as follows:

Press the
OPTIONS
button on the remote control, then select
Refresh
.

Press the
SELECT
button.
Refreshing the list may take longer than a few moments.

Verify that the
VAIO Media Integrated Server is
running on the VAIO computer and that the status is shown as
Started
.

To use the Video feature, the VAIO computer must be running and have a user logged on.

If the server still does not appear in the
Select a server
screen, turn off the Network Media Receiver and disconnect then
reconnect the AC adapter. Turn on the Network Media Receiver again and check that the server appears in the
Select a server
screen.
