Customizing the virtual desktop
You can customize dual the display mode by changing the position of the two monitors comprising the
virtual desktop.
To customize dual display mode, proceed as follows:

Click the
Start
button on the Windows
®
taskbar.

Point to
Settings
and click
Control Panel
.

Double-click the
Display
icon.

Click the
Settings
tab.

Drag the monitor icons to match the physical arrangement of your monitors. The two monitor icons must
be connected to create a virtual desktop.

Click
OK
to apply the change.
Deactivating the dual display function
To deactivate the Dual Display function, proceed as follows:

Click the
Start
button on the Windows
®
taskbar.

Point to
Settings
and click
Control Panel
.

Double-click the
Display
icon.

Click the
Settings
tab.

Right-click the display you wish to deactivate (1 or 2).

Deselect
Enabled
.
This enables the Dual Display.
