to the EMC information provided in the instructions for use.
• The UP-X898MD is intended for use in a professional healthcare facility environment.

• Portable RF communications equipment should be used no closer than 30 cm (12 inches) to any part of the
UP-X898MD. Otherwise, degradation of the performance of this equipment could result.
