Double-click the network device connected to the receiver.
The properties dialog box of the device appears.

Power Management
tab, select the
Allow this device to bring the
computer out of standby
check box, and then select the
Only allow management
stations to bring the computer out of standby
check box.

window and click

in the
System Properties
