If the message “MECHA TROUBLE” appears, be sure to do the mechanical reset
procedure at least once.

If open, close the front and top covers.

Press the
buttons.

Select “MECHA INITIALIZE” with the

buttons, and press

Select “MECHA RESET” with the

buttons.

If the “MECHA TROUBLE” message disappears, the problem is solved and
printing should return to normal.
If the “MECHA TROUBLE” message reappears, turn the printer off and
contact your nearest Sony Service Center.
