Preparing a computer to use as a server
(VAIO Media plus)
A server is a device which delivers content to a
DLNA-compatible playback device on a home
network. By installing the supplied VAIO Media
plus software (which has a DLNA compliant server
function) on your computer, you can enjoy audio
data stored on the computer with this unit via your
wireless network.
For details on the operation of the VAIO Media
plus software, refer to the “Help” of the VAIO
Media plus software.
