8. V-COM adjustment (PK-43 board)
This adjustment corrects the DC bias of common electrode drive
signals of the LCD panel. If shifted, the LCD screen will be coarse,
or flicker, or vertical streaks will appear.

Specification value
The brightness difference between the
section A and section B is minimum.
Note:
The “CONTRAST adjustment” and “BRIGHT adjustment”
must be already finished.
Adjustment procedure:
1)
Set data: 01 to page: 0, address: 01.
2) Set data: 10 to page: 3, address: 18 and press the PAUSE button
on the adjustment remote commander.
3) Change the data on page: F, address: 37 so that the brightness
at part A and part B is equal.
4) Press the PAUSE button on the adjustment remote commander.
Processing after adjustment finished:
1)
Set data: 00 to page: 3, address: 18 and press the PAUSE button
on the adjustment remote commander.
2) Set data: 00 to page: 0, address: 01.

9. White balance adjustment (PK-43 board)
This adjustment corrects the white balance.
If disordered, the colors on LCD screen will not be reproduced
correctly.

Check the white balance only when either of the following

Adjustment procedure:
1)
Set data: 01 to page: 0, address: 01.
2) Change the data on page:F, address: 33, 34 so that the LCD
screen is not colored.
3) Press the PAUSE button on the adjustment remote commander.
Processing after adjustment finished:
1)
Set data: 00 to page: 0, address: 01.
