To switch between channels from cable box and channels from CATV
❑ Press the ANT button on the TV remote control.
To use the TV remote control to change channels on the VCR
❑ Program the remote control as necessary. (By default, the remote
control is set for a Sony VCR; to change to another brand, see
“Programming the Remote Control” on page 50.) Then use the
VCR buttons on the remote control to change channels.
To use the TV remote control to change channels on the cable box
❑ Program the remote control as necessary. (For details, see
“Programming the Remote Control” on page 50.) Then use the
remote control to change the cable box channels.
To view cable box channels
❑ Set your TV to channel 3 or 4 (as appropriate) and then change
channels on the cable box.
