Recording from or with Other Equipment
To record sound of other equipment with the IC recorder, connect the
EAR/MIC jack of the IC recorder to the earphone jack of other equipment
(tape recorder, television, radio or etc.) by using the registered connecting
cable RK-G64 (not supplied).
To record the sound of the IC recorder with other equipment, connect the
EAR/MIC jack of the IC recorder to the microphone jack of other
equipment.

Note
If you use a connecting cable without register, sound may be recorded
interrupted. Make sure to use a registered connecting cable.
Recording sound of a telephone
You may be able to use a commercially-available telephone recording
adaptor to record telephone sound with the IC recorder. For available
accessories, consult with your nearest Sony dealer.
Notes
• You cannot record sound of a cellular telephone because the noise occurs
when placing the unit near a cellular telephone.
• You cannot record sound of some types of telephones or business phones.
