• The player is accessing disc information.
• You tried to operate the player while it was accessing the recorded data.

Wait until the message goes out (in rare cases, it may take a few
minutes).
CANNOT PLAY
• You tried to play a track that is subject to play restrictions.
• You tried to play an MP3 track with a format not supported by this player.

This player only supports MP3 tracks (MPEG-1 Audio Layer-3/
sampling frequency 44.1 kHz) that have been transferred using the
SonicStage software.
CANNOT
RECORD OR
PLAY
• There is no audio data that can be played on the player.
• The audio data or disc management file has been damaged.

Replace the disc or format the disc using the SonicStage software.
DATA SAVE
• The player is writing information to the system file, such as the recorded
data or editing information.

Wait until the message disappears from the display.

• MD Simple Burner is now ready to record an audio CD to the disc in the

When formatting a disc on the computer, make sure to use the

GROUP FULL
• You tried to create a 256th group on a disc used in Hi-MD mode or 100th
group on a disc used in MD mode.

You can create only up to 255 groups (on a disc used in Hi-MD
mode) or 99 groups (on a disc used in MD mode) on a disc. Keep the
group number within 255 or 99.
HOLD
• The player is locked.
