Installation
I )
Perform cleaning of flange surface and rotary upper drum
surface which are contacted to it and confirm that there
are no dust and flaws.
2) Insert the rotary upper drum slightly into the shaft while
adjusting by using jig

(Ref.No.J-10) so that the position
of rotary upper drum
0
and position determining hole
(!)
coincide. (See Fig.2-4 1) At this point be sure to
confirm that pin

is protruded from the hole of the
rotary board.
3) Remove jig

from upper rotary drum and push it gently
into lower one manualy. (See Fig. 2-42) However. when it
cannot be inserted thoroughly. tighten 2 hexagonal socket
head cap screws

alternately to secure it temporarily.
4) Insert jig
0
again into position determining hole
0 .
and
be sure to confirm that it can be inserted smoothly.
When it cannot be inserted. loosen 2 hexagonal socket
head cap screws
0
. and insert a wrist watch driver. etc.
into it to shift it

Tighten
2
hexagonal socket head cap screws
0 .
6) Solder pin

of a section.
Note:
At this point, be sure not to let the soldering flow underneath
the board.
7) Install damper

with 2 hexagonal socket head cap
screws

1 )
Be sure not to tighten too strongly.

When performing installation, special care should be taken
so as not to mistake the hexagonal socket head cap screws
