Troubleshooting
I cannot use the Internet
Possible cause
: Your subscription does not include
data capability.
Solution
: Please contact your network operator.

: Internet settings are missing

The phone cannot be detected
by other users via Bluetooth

: You have not turned Bluetooth on.

I cannot synchronize or transfer data
between my phone and my computer,
when using the included USB cable
Possible cause
: The cable has not been properly
detected and installed on your computer.
The software that came with your phone has
not been properly installed on the computer.
Solution
: Go to

information” – “Getting started”. The guide
“Synchronizing the phone with a computer”
contains installation instructions and

you in solving the problem.
