Using the notches as a
guide, place the back
cover so that it rests
against the phone.

Slide the back cover
upward until it clicks in
place.
To Remove the Cover
and Battery

Ensure that the phone
is turned off.

Turn the phone over, facing
down, as shown in the
illustration.

Press down on the top-
middle of the back cover.
Note:
Use the tips of your
thumbs to perform these
steps.

Slide the back cover toward the bottom of the phone
until it releases from the notches in the phone.

Lift the cover off of the
phone.

Press the battery latch toward
the top of the phone.

Hold the phone over your
open hand with the battery
facing down.

Firmly tap the bottom edge
of the phone into your open hand to release the
battery.
Warning!
Tapping the phone on any surface other than your
hand can damage your phone and void its
warranty.
