Troubleshooting
You are within range of a network, but you are not
allowed to use it. However, in an emergency, some
operators allow you to call an emergency number.
See “Emergency calls” on page 31.
No network (or no operator name displayed)
There is no network within range or the received
signal is too weak. You have to move to get a signal
that is strong enough.
You have entered your PIN or PIN2 incorrectly.
Enter the correct PIN or PIN2, and press
YES
.

When you want to change a security code
(for example your PIN) you have to confirm
the new code by entering it again. The two codes
that you have entered do not match.

You have entered your PIN or PIN2 incorrectly three
times in a row.
To unblock, see “SIM card lock” on page 67.
PUK blocked – contact operator
You entered your personal unblocking key code (PUK)
incorrectly 10 times in a row. Contact your network
operator or service provider.
The phone is locked.
To unlock the phone, see “Phone lock” on page 68.
Your phone comes with the phone lock code, 0000.
You can change it to any four- to eight-digit code.
