What do these error messages mean?
Try one or more of the following:
•
Remove the SIM card and insert it correctly.
•
Clean the connectors on the SIM card and phone with a soft
brush, a cloth or a cotton bud.
•
Check if the SIM card is damaged.
•
Check that you are using the correct operator SIM card.
If not, contact your network operator.
•
Enter the correct PIN code. See

Unlock the phone. See
•
Enter the correct PIN or PIN2 and select

Enter the correct code. See
on page 35.
•
Confirm the new code by entering it twice.
•
Contact your network operator if the problem persists. You
can only make emergency calls.
•
Move to get a signal that is strong enough or contact your
network operator if the problem persists.
