Global Function

The PRL (preferred roaming list) is the area information 
of overseas carriers offering international roaming 
service in partnership with KDDI (au).
To obtain (download) the PRL, you need to subscribe 
to EZweb and make initial settings (see page 10) while 
in Japan.
