Retrieving on the device itself
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.

Changing the DRC settings

DRC (Dynamic Range Compression)
If a set DAB station supports DRC, the DRC setting
can be used to adjust the intensity of the bass and
treble, and adapt the volume to the surroundings.
You can choose from the following settings:
– „DRC High“
– „DRC Low“
– „DRC Off“
Prerequisite: The device is in DAB mode.
1. Press .

The display shows the „DAB Preset
List“ text.
2. Turn until the display shows „DRC Setting“ .
3. Press or to confirm your selection.
4. Turn or press and until you reach the
required setting.
5. Press or to confirm the setting.

The DRC is set.

Improper operation will cause malfunctions and

– Do not insert any recording media that deviate
from the standard CD format (e.g. mini-discs,
etc.) into the CD player. The CD player may not
be able to play or eject such formats correctly.
– Do not use damaged or dirty CDs.
– Insert only one disc at a time into the CD
player.
