The following is applicable – without restricting your legal rights – when a guarantee claim is
raised:
• Guarantee claims can only be raised within a time period of max. two years, starting with the
date of purchase.
• Within this guarantee period we will remedy all defects that are based on material or manu
-
facturing errors free of charge according to our preference, either by repairing or replacing
the device.
• Please contact your specialized dealer or send the defective device along with the guarantee
card and cashier’s receipt to the service address. No new guarantee period is started if the
device is repaired or replaced. The guarantee period of two years after the purchase date
remains in effect.
• Damages caused by improper use, normal wear-and-tear and defects that only insignificant

ly affect the value or usability of the device are excluded from the guarantee. If there are any
changes that were not performed by us, the guarantee is also canceled.
