6 Troubleshooting
PROBLEM Possible reason Solution
Burner does not ignite
• Propane cylinder is frozen
• Blockage in the orifice plate
• Control knob is not in position ON
• Wait until the propane cylinder
warms up and defrosts
• Unblock
• Turn knob to ON
Burner flame is low • The gas pressure is low
• The outside temperature is less
than 5º C and the tank is less
than 1/4 full
