Calendar
Calendar
The calendar enables you to set appointments, schedule
reminders when required, set alerts and repeat specific
settings. Tasks can be viewed on daily and weekly basis.
1. To access the Organizer and its associated
functions, select
Menu > Calendar
. The calendar for
the current month is displayed. Use the navigation
keys to navigate across months.
2. Select
Options
to view the list of options available.
•
Make a Note
: Add a new note for a specific
date.
•
Go to date
: You can go to a particular date and
view the events for that date.
•
Go to today:
You can access the current date.
•
Delete event
: You can delete an event.
•
Settings
: Edit the following Calendar settings:
Settings
Function
Date and Time
settings
Set the date and time format.
Default View
Set the default view to month or
day view.
Week Starts
Set the starting day of the week.
Calendar Tone
Set the alert for events set in the
calendar.
Edit Events
Select
Menu > Tools > Calendar > View
. Select the
event. Select
Edit
. Make the changes. Select
Done.
