Standalone
You can configure your Switch by logging into the local Switch management interface. Typically, the Switch
Local Interface can be accessed at https://192.168.0.239 through the web management interface.
To access the Switch local interface:
1 Set your management computer to use an IPv4 address on the 192.168.0 subnet, such as
192.168.0.20.
The subnet mask is 255.255.255.0. The gateway is 192.168.0.239.
2 Connect your management computer to any port on the switch.
3 Point your browser to default management IP address (https://192.168.0.239) and log in using the
default credentials (admin / password).
NOTE: If the Switch is connected to a LAN before it is powered on, an IP address may be
assigned to the management interface. To clear this address, disconnect the Switch from
the LAN and press the Reset Button (see feature 7 in
Hardware Interface on page 8 ) for 10
seconds to restore the default IP address.
