Location, mounting, connection
Car drive video camera has to be mounted behind the interior rear
view mirror. Placement is aesthetic and seems factory fitted, it can
remain hidden from the thieves. It doesn’t disturb the driver’s view,
as the similar ones fixed in traditional way – with suction cup – to the
windshield.
Tightly apply to the well-cleaned and dry glass with high-surface self-
adhesive sticker. Remove the claret protection foil previously. For
aesthetic location, apply the two shaft extension if necessary. Lead the
power cable in the slot of the extension shaft. Power supply is coming
from the 12-24 V cigarette lighter socket, through the included cable.
Place this under the roof lining - after winding the edge - and then lead it
hidden according the car’s features until it comes to the cigarette lighter
socket. After installation, carefully set manually the desired position of
the lens to reach the proper field of view. In the meantime, press the
camera manually to the windscreen to reduce the use of the surface
stuck with the adhesive surface.
Before purchasing, based on the technical drawing of the camera,
make sure that the windscreen and the mirror design make it possible
to fix the unit as required! Fix and lead the power cable safely! The
inbuilt Li-Po battery is not for operating the camera, it is to equalize the
occasional voltage fluctuation when starting, or stopping the engine,
thereby protecting the camera from malfunctioning. When the lifetime
of the device has ended, the battery can be removed, by a specialist, by
dismantling the device, and it must be handled as hazardous waste. If
liquid is leaking out of it, then wear a protective glove, and clean it with
a dry cloth! It is forbidden to open the battery, to throw it into fire, or to
short circuit it! It is forbidden to charge non rechargeable batteries! Risk
of explosion! Keep the accumulator out of reach of children!
Placing in the memory card (it is essential for operation)
Turn off the device and insert the
microSD/SDHC/TF
Class 10+
memory card, to be purchased separately. Do not force it, it can only
slide in in one position. The contacts need to face forward toward the
lens!
Ideal card is having 8 GB capacity, it is not recommended to use
memory card bigger than 32 GB. If its speed is less than Class 10,
then the wireless picture transmission may by erratic. Aside from the
playable AVI files do not store other files on the
microSD/SDHC/TF
device, because that can hinder its operation. Use only high quality
memory cards. Even these do not work always well, depending on
their type or condition. Their operation is not always guaranteed, which
does not mean that the device is malfunctioning. It is recommended
to format the card sometimes. Maintaining maximum capacity beside
continuous use can be ensured this way, by deleting the files which
are locked unnecessarily.
Warning!
The manufacturer does not take responsibility for lost and
damaged data etc., not even when the data loss or corruption occurred
while using the product. It is recommended to do a safety save from the
files on the connected storage unit on your computer or mobile device.

recording. Its operation may vary depending on the vehicle, according
to the cigarette lighter socket if it becomes voltage free or not after
