Problems Possible causes Solutions
The roller shutter is not
operational. The wiring is incorrect. Check the wiring and modify
it if necessary.
The motor is hot. Wait until the motor cools
down.
The control point is not
compatible. Check for compatibility and
replace the control point if
necessary.
The module used is not
compatible. Check that the module used
is the ilmo WT module.
The roller shutter stops too
soon. The roller shutter is encoun-
tering friction when it moves:
friction of the runners, the
unit, etc. Check the roller shutter
installation and correct any
friction.
If the problem continues,
restore the motor to its
_L\LX]Q7X‡\Š_]YLX*
The motor has been instal-
led in a new roller shutter. Restore the motor to its
_L\LX]Q7X‡\Š_]YLX
see the section entitled
"Restoring the original
7X‡\Š_]YLXÛ*
The roller shutter does not
stop when it reaches the
lower end limit position. The mountings used are not
correct. Check that the roller shutter
is mounted to the roller tube
using rigid links or bolts.
The roller shutter does not
stop when it reaches the
upper end limit position. The roller shutter locking
system in the upper position
is not correct. Check that the roller shutter

screwed onto the last slat,

incorporated in the runners
or an end slat acting as an
end stop.
