Replacing batteries
Troubleshooting
inside
Low battery
If the orange light appears before any other light indicator, it indicates that the battery
is low (Fig. 1). The smartphone app also notifies you if the battery level is low.
Replace the batteries as soon as possible.
• Loosen the cover retaining screw (1) with the T-10 screwdriver supplied with the lock.
• Lift the cover of your lock from above and remove it to access the battery housing (Fig. 2).
• Keep the flat screwdriver supplied handy and use it to remove the used batteries
carefully from their housing (Fig. 3). Remove them by pressing the “+” parts of the batteries
You can tell that the batteries have been inserted properly if the LED lights ups blue.

not light up blue.
Then
make sure that the batteries have been inserted
fully into their housing, especially the side batteries.
If
After you finish unlocking or locking the door,
the lock moves slightly.
Then
there is no problem. The lock can move slightly
on its axis without disrupting its perfect operation.
If
When you are using the app to unlock your door,
the door locks and vice versa.
Then
make sure the door is closed and locked and
restart the learning procedure described on page 28.
It is highly recommended to synchronise the lock after a battery change
(reset to the time of the internal clock).
